Hello Good Day I want to share How to reset to factory default setting of Samsung Galaxy Star S5282.Do this if you forget your phone password or pattern password.Since doing a hard reset is not an option because this phone is powered by Spreadtrum Chipset.Base on my experience Spreadtrum Chipset is very hard to go to Android Recovery System.But there is a way to reset is to factory defaults settings,This is I would like to share it with you....By Flashing it thru Odin Software.....
Things that you needed:
1.PC
2.USB Cable
3.Odin and Csc File and Pit File Download Here [Extract after finish downloading]
Procedures:
1.Open Odin3 v3.07
2.Load Pit File and CSC File
3.Put Samsung Galaxy Star in Download Mode by pressing Volume Down and Home Button while pressing Power Button.
4.Connect to PC using USB Cable when successfully connected,An Added message will in Odin Message box.
5.Be sure that Auto reboot,Repartition and F Reset Time Check
6.Click Start
7.When Flashing completed Samsung Galaxy Star will reboot and you will see a message in Odin Box a PASS.
8.You can now remove it to USB Cable and follow on the screen of the phone to continue using your phone.
