PROCEDURES:
- Turn the phone on and wait for it to fully start up
- Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
- Ensure that the phone is not connected in USB mass storage mode{SELECT PC MODE}
- Install Motorola drivers (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
- Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
- "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
- Go to "Unlock" tab
- Press "Connect Motorola Android phone"
- Select "Motorola USB Diagnostic Port" in the ports selection tab
- Press "Unlock" button
- Message "Unlocking phone… Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
- Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in Sigma dialog window; only after that you can turn the phone off
Note: You should run Sigma Software as Administrator in order to work with Motorola Android smartphones.
* In case of unknown firmware version detection, the software will suggest unlocking the phone using the heuristic method. In the end of heuristic unlock mode procedure, please send the log file to support.
