LG Optimus Black P970 Hard Reset

PROBLEM
Too many pattern attempts

 This problem will solved just follow the instructions.

Here's How to Hard Reset LG Optimus Black P970.

-Turn off your phone.
-Hold Volume down together with G button.
-press the power button while still holding the Volume down and G button until it powers on.-The phone will do a hard reset
-And will reboot,automatic will reset to factory defaults
-Follow on the screen to continue using your phone.

But,Sadly not working for my unit on hand.So I decided to upgrade using LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL.

csmg b2c client tool (LGUserCSTool.exe) is the updated version LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL

Download and install B2CAppSetup.exe will install the csmg b2c client tool onto your PC.

Things That you Needed:
Probably a pc or laptop
Usb Mini
Internet Connection



First,Download LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL and install it.
Second,Download and Install your exact usb drivers,can be found in the tool
Third,Open Lg Mobile Support Tool and Connect your phone using usb mini,(Must Be On)
Fourth,When your phone successfully connected the start upgrade will highlight and click on it.

Click ok

click ok

Will Download the firmware and when finish it will installed automatically

When Finish your phone will upgraded to higher version,Do not interrupt until completes it Boot.

Sadly!the same problem still on too many pattern attempts!So now i Perform the hard reset using hardware keys as mention above...
