1.Open Update Service
2.Select Your Xperia Phone(Like Mine As Shown In The Screenshots Xperia Acro)
3.Turn-off Your Phone(As Shown In The Image)
Connect the Micro-usb cable to a usb port on your pc
Press and hold the back keys on the phone while connecting the usb cable into the phone
4.Select Software Update If You just want to update your Xperia,or Select Factory Data Reset If you want to reset to factory settings.Then click Install
5.Click Yes
